Late Policy:
In the event that you cannot arrive on time your appointment may be shortened if between 5-15 minutes late. At the 5 minute mark we will contact you with a reminder text, after 15 minutes with no communication you will be marked as a no-show and will be charged a cancellation fee.

Children Spa Policy:
We love children but for the comfort of our guests and the enjoyment of your spa experience, children are not permitted in the spa.

Cancellation Policy:
We value the time of our guests and we ask that you value our time as well. In the case you are unable to keep an appointment, The Fox Den spa requests a 24–hour notice. Guests who cannot honor their appointment and cancel within the 24 hours prior to their appointment may be charged for 50% of their scheduled appointment. Guests who do not honor or cancel their appointment will be charged in full for a “no-show” appointment.
